Overview of Insights

The Insights section provides valuable insights into your customers' behavior and their interactions with your products and advisors. This article explains the two main sections of Insights: Top 5 Choices and Top Products.

Top 5 Choices

In the Top 5 Choices section, you can see which paths your customers most frequently took. This analysis is based on various metrics that you can filter by:

  • Engaged: The number of sessions where users clicked on recommended products or completed interactions with the advisor.
  • Bounced: The number of sessions where users interacted but did not click on recommended products or complete interactions with the advisor.
  • Clicked Through: The number of sessions where recommended products were clicked.
  • Purchased: Orders that included advisor-recommended products after an interactive advisor session.
  • Negative Feedback: The number of negative feedbacks given by users regarding an advisor.
  • Saved Results: The number of users who provided an email as a sales-qualified lead.

Note: If a feature is not enabled, the corresponding filters will be grayed out.

 

In this section, you will always see the top 5 paths your customers took:

  • The inner circle shows the total number of interactions in the selected time period.
  • The middle circle indicates which advisor was used.
  • The outer circle displays the top 5 paths a user took during their interaction.

This visualization helps you quickly understand the most common interaction patterns of your customers.

Top Products

In the Top Products section, you can discover which five products were most frequently clicked, purchased, or saved by your users. The accompanying table includes the following details:

  • Product: The name of the product.
  • Advisor: Which advisor was used for the respective product.
  • Price: The price of the product.
  • Number of Clicks: How often the product was clicked, including the percentage share compared to other products in the list.

This table provides a clear and concise overview of the performance of your top products and the effectiveness of the advisors. This allows you to quickly identify which products are most popular with your customers and which advisors play a key role.
