User Feedback

Collect valuable customer feedback to optimize your advisors and enhance customer satisfaction

The User Feedback feature allows your customers to provide personalized or pre-configured feedback after using an advisor. At the end of the session, a banner will appear requesting feedback. By default, customers can choose between a thumbs up 👍 or a thumbs down 👎, but these symbols are fully customizable to suit your preferences.
