Setup | Results | Product Results Control

Neocom gives you control over when product results are displayed.

Neocom allows total control of when product results are displayed during user conversations, meaning you can pinpoint the exact moment you think it's best to show your clients their results. 


There are three modes to control this behavior:

  • After all “Filter” questions — This is the default behavior if no settings are changed. 
  • At the end of the conversation — Results will appear once the last question is answered.
  • After a specific number of questions — For example, after the 5th question. 

💡In case the advisor can't reach the specified question number (e.g. because the conversation is shorter due to dependencies or A/B Testing), results are shown at the end of the conversation instead.
