Easy Management and Overview of Your Account Settings

The User Menu in the Neocom Admin Portal provides a central location for managing your account and notifications. You can find the menu at the bottom left of the portal by clicking on your email address.

Account

The Account section allows you to manage personal settings and notifications. This section is divided into two subcategories: Profile and Notifications.

In the Profile section, you can view and update your basic user information, such as your email address, name, and password. You can also set the preferred currency for displaying analytics data. You have the option to modify your name, password, and preferred currency at any time.

profil

The Notifications section lets you control whether you receive a weekly performance summary via email. Every Monday, an email will be sent with a summary of key metrics from your conversations, highlighting any changes compared to the previous week. Here, you can see which of your accounts have this email notification enabled.

Logout

Use this menu item to securely log out of the Neocom Admin Portal.
