Your most important key figures at a glance.

Performance

The Conversation tab provides you with the key Neocom metrics at a glance, both cumulative and at the question level. Using the “Time Range” dropdown, you can select the period for which you want to analyze the data.

The cumulative overview on the right gives you an overview of the following KPIs:

  • Viewed:
    The number of sessions in which the advisor was viewed by your customers.
  • Interacted:
    The number of sessions in which questions in the advisor were answered.
  • Bounced:
    The number of sessions in which none of the suggested results were clicked or the end of the consultation was not reached.
  • Engaged:
    The number of sessions in which one of the suggested results was clicked or the end of the consultation was reached.
