To use Neocom, you only need a product data feed from your shop. Ideally, this should be provided as a dynamic CSV link, allowing Neocom to fetch the latest data multiple times a day. The feed should include as many product details as possible, as this will serve as the basis for your advisor.
Once the advisor is created, you can easily integrate Neocom and start using it right away.
