User Feedback

Ask your customers if they liked the advisor with the Neocom CSAT Feature.

This feature allows you to collect feedback from your customers about an advisor. If it is enabled, a message is shown at the end of the advisor asking the customers for their opinion.
In case they liked it, the message disappears immediately after submitting it. In case they have feedback for you, a popup is shown with your personal predefined reasons for the customer to choose from and you can even enable the option of a free text field section. All texts and the predefined reasons are completely customizable by you in the Admin Portal | Setup | User feedback | Setup.
Once this feature is configured  and enabled, it needs to be published via the blue publish button.
You can find an overview of all feedback given for each project in the Admin Portal | Setup | User feedback | Setup. By clicking on Download logs the information can be exported.
