Filtering:
- These questions strictly filter out products that do not fulfil the desired properties.
- By default, results are only displayed after all filtering questions have been answered. However, you can make adjustments to display results at a different time - learn how here.

Ranking:
- These questions do not strictly filter products, but influence their ranking.
- The Neocom algorithm ranks the products by relevance to the previous selection so that the best matches are displayed higher up.
💡In the Admin Portal, you can customise the type of question in the ‘Conversation’ tab under ‘Importance’.
