Overview of Key Metrics

In this article, we provide a comprehensive overview of the key metrics in the Trends section. These metrics help you better understand and analyze the engagement and performance of your advisors.

Advisor Engagement

This section focuses on the following KPIs:

  • Viewed: The number of times your advisor was seen by users.
  • Interacted: The number of sessions where users answered the advisor’s questions.
  • Engaged: The number of sessions where users clicked on recommended products or completed full interactions with the advisor.
  • Clicked Through: The number of sessions with clicks on recommended products.

Six Key Metrics

Under the "Advisor Engagement" section, you’ll find six key metrics that help you understand your advisor’s effectiveness and user behavior:

  • Conversion Rate: The ratio of users who purchased advisor-included products to the total users who interacted with an advisor.
  • Average Order Value (AOV): The average order value for orders containing advisor-included products following an advisor-interacted session.
  • Average Selling Price (ASP): The average price of advisor-included products in orders following an advisor-interacted session.
  • Sessions with Purchases: The number of orders containing advisor-included products following an advisor-interacted session.
  • User Feedbacks: The number of feedbacks provided by users on an advisor.
  • Leads: The number of users who provided an email as a sales-qualified lead.

These metrics offer deep insights into user behavior and the performance of your advisor interactions.

Visual Representation and Comparison

The bold number represents the value for the selected time period, while the percentage shows the change compared to the previous period (e.g., if the filter is set to "last month," the percentage reflects the change from the month before). A particularly useful feature is that when you hover over one of the charts, the same day is automatically highlighted across all charts, making it easier to visually identify trends and patterns.

In the Integrations section, you’ll find an overview of how customers were directed to the advisor.
