What filter options do I have in the Analytics section?

Precise Data Analysis through Diverse Filtering Options

In the Neocom Admin Portal, you have access to extensive filter options to analyze your data accurately and effectively. Below, we explain the available filters and their customization options.

Available Filter Criteria

You can filter your data using the following criteria:

  • Advisor

    • Name: Filter by the advisor's name.
    • Category: Select the advisor's category.
    • Country: Filter by the country the advisor is associated with.
    • Language: Choose the language used by the advisor.
  • Advisor Session

    • Status: Select the status of the advisor session (e.g., sessions where there was interaction with an advisor).
    • Integrations Type: Filter by the type of integration used on your website.
    • Device: Filter by the device used (Desktop or Mobile).
    • Test Variant: Choose the test variant used in the session.
    • Source: Select the source through which your customers reached the advisor.
  • Save for Later

    • Saved Result: Filter sessions where products were saved.
    • Status: Choose the status of the saved results.
    • Email: Filter by the email address associated with the saved result.
    • Product’s SKU: Filter by the SKU of the saved product.
    • Product’s Title: Select by the title of the saved product.
    • Product’s Price: Filter by the price of the saved product.
  • User Feedback

    • Feedback: Filter by the type of user feedback (e.g., positive, negative).
    • Note: Select specific notes or comments.
    • Reason: Filter by the reason for the feedback.
  • Purchase Tracking

    • Purchase Order: Filter by existing purchases.
    • Advisor Assistance: Choose based on the support provided by an advisor.
    • Currency: Filter by the currency used in the purchase.
    • Order Value: Select by the order value.
    • Product’s SKU: Filter by the SKU of the purchased product.
    • Product’s Title: Choose by the title of the purchased product.
    • Product’s Price: Filter by the price of the purchased product.

Setting Time Frames

For temporal filtering, you have the following options:

  • Predefined Time Periods: Choose from predefined periods such as 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 12 months.
  • Date-Picker (Custom Range): Set your own custom time range.

These time filter options will automatically apply to all statistics (Trends, Insights, and Purchases).

Combining and Customizing Filters

  • Combining Filters: Filters can be combined using "AND" or "OR" to refine or broaden your search results as needed.

  • Customizing Filters:

    • Clear All Filters: Click on “Clear” to reset all active filters.
    • Remove Individual Filters: Delete specific filters by clicking the small red trash can icon next to the respective filter.
    • Add Filters: To add new filters, click on the “Plus” icon.

Filters related to features that you do not use will not be displayed in your Admin Portal.
