Here you will find a general introduction to the ‘Projects’ menu item.
In the Projects overview, you can see all your advisors at a glance. The current status is displayed on the project tile: If the advisor is already live, a launch date is shown. If the advisor is still in draft, it is marked as “Draft”. For more details, simply hover your mouse over the small circle located at the top right of each project tile.
In this overview, you can also mark advisors as favorites by clicking on the star on each product tile. These favorites will then be displayed in the "Favorites” tab. Additionally, you can search for or filter advisors.
In the Projects menu, you'll also find the following features:
- An overview of your products included in the advisory.
- Your Conversations (product advisors) where you can create and manage questions, answers, mappings. You can find an overview of the general structure here as well.
- The setup section for your integrations, the results displayed to your customers, as well as the Save For Later and User Feedback features. Additionally, you can customize the advisor's appearance using our Theme Designer.
- Analytics for the key KPIs of your advisors.
